Great Ape Diversity Project
Description
This study leverages genomic data from a comprehensive investigation of great ape genetic diversity. The original research sequenced the genomes of 79 individuals across all six great ape species, providing a valuable resource for understanding hominid evolution. The male samples form the out-group of the basal YDNA tree structure.
